The elementary school program, named Anchor is designed to help instill in young students a positive self-worth, help them begin to discover and develop their individual talents and interests, while building a firm foundation for learning.

This program incorporates an interactive workbook and group activities to help students become familiar with group dynamics and team work.

The middle school program, called High School Orientation is designed to help students learn to think and see the world in broader terms than their current surroundings and to create independent thinkers and encourage engaged learners who begin to take personal responsibility for their futures.  Where applicable, the middle school program focuses on explaining the local high school system and its application process.

The curriculum includes a self-assessment test for students to learn about their natural strengths and abilities.

This program utilizes a lot of group work to help facilitate learning how to lead and how to follow to accomplish a project.

The high school program, named Higher Ed. Prep is designed to work with students to ensure they complete high school and graduate with a diploma and a plan for the future. This program also includes making sure students are aware of the process for getting into college and technical schools, including understanding financial aid options.

The curriculum includes a self-assessment test for students to learn about their natural strengths and abilities and for the high school programs there is an additional self-test to help students identify careers and occupations that match to their interests, strengths and abilities.

This program is primarily individual work so that it can focus on the specific needs of each student at such a critical time in their life.
